Patient safety and comfort are our priority. For this reason, we do not recommend a HydraFacial in Greensboro to patients who have:
- Autoimmune diseases, such as lupus or scleroderma
- Active infections, rashes, cystic acne, or open wounds near the treatment area
- Taken Accutane or other isotretinoin medications in the past 6 to 12 months
- A compromised skin or moisture barrier
- An allergy to any HydraFacial ingredients
Our medical providers recommend clients wait 2 to 4 weeks after receiving any laser facials, chemical peels, or cosmetic injectables before scheduling your HydraFacial appointment. This time allows the skin to heal properly.
Additionally, we recommend clients pause shaving, waxing, or using depilatory creams at least 2 days before treatment.
For guests who are pregnant or breastfeeding, we offer pregnancy-safe HydraFacials that exclude salicylic acid. This will be discussed during your consultation so your Medical Concierge can make this adjustment for you.
