Recovery
There is zero downtime from PDO threads, although our providers do recommend clearing your schedule to rest the day of your treatment. The recovery process takes a total of 7 to 10 days, during which you should not participate in heavy lifting or strenuous physical activity. You should also avoid opening your mouth widely to ensure the threads are properly anchored into place.
