After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Restoration MedSpa is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred due to message delivery.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging services are supported by most major U.S. carriers, but are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers or devices.
