My favorite treatment to perform
I joined the aesthetics field due to my passion to help people feel and look their best. This industry is always evolving and changing and I love that we get to learn new things and stay relevant. With all of the new things I get to learn- it's hard to pick a favorite. (But I love seeing those gunkie jars post-HydraFacial!)
A licensed Aesthetics educator, Charisse has also been an aesthetician, professional makeup artist, and business owner in her previous roles in the beauty industry. She joined Restoration MedSpa in early 2022 and says it is a natural fit for her as she believes that it is not enough to have hands-on skills, but that true success comes from developing relationships, building trust, and earning credibility with your patients.
She is from New York where she attended Aesthetics Science Institute. She later taught at the Southeastern Esthetics Institute in Columbia, SC. Charisse’s superpower is building rapport and trust. She loves talking about skincare products and the ingredients that promote real change in the skin. Elevating the standards of the industry is of the utmost importance to Charisse.
She is also Reiki certified and loves to talk about nutrition and supplements as they relate to the skin. She lives with her husband Tim, a professor at High Point University, two sons Julian and Christian, and her dogs (huskies) Neha and Luna.
